UF Alumni Night at Marlins Park

Over 150 UF alumni and friends watched the Miami Marlins play the Colorado Rockies on Friday, August 11.

UF Alumni Night at Marlins Park was a partnership with the Gator Clubs of Miami and Broward, two affiliated chapters of the University of Florida Alumni Association in South Florida that serve as a “home away from home” for nearly 81,000 UF alumni and friends of all ages. They raise money year round to grant scholarships to deserving students with incredible academic and personal achievements. Last year, the Gator Club of Miami and the Broward County Gator Club contributed over $53,000 in scholarships to 38 Miami-Dade and Broward County students entering the University of Florida. Each club hosts watch parties for sporting events at Batch Gastropub and Sunset Tavern in Miami-Dade, and Twin Peaks in Broward County, or you can visit our UF Coral Gables office, located at 1 Alhambra Plaza, for events, enrollment and admissions information. For more information about both clubs, visit miamigators.com or browardcountygatorclub.com, or follow them on Facebook. The University of Florida thanks you for your continued support of UF.
